Get ready, Bispham, because your taste buds are in for a treat! The much-loved Zest of India chain is setting up shop in your neighborhood, bringing with it the rich, homestyle Indian flavors straight from the family’s cherished recipe collection. Founder and head chef Priya Patel is thrilled to announce the opening of a new Zest of India location in Bispham, where she’ll be serving up her grandmother’s famous dishes to the local community.

“My grandmother’s recipes are the heart and soul of our menu,” Patel shares. “As a child, her kitchen was always alive with the delightful scents of spices, fresh herbs, and slow-cooked curries. Now, I’m eager to share that warmth and flavor with everyone in Bispham.” The new restaurant will showcase beloved classics like lamb rogan josh, butter chicken, and a special vegetable korma made from a secret recipe, all crafted using traditional methods and top-notch ingredients.

This expansion follows the success of Zest of India in nearby towns, where diners have raved about the friendly service, cozy vibe, and consistently mouthwatering food. The Bispham location will offer dine-in, takeaway, and delivery options, along with regular themed nights featuring regional Indian cuisine and cooking workshops.

With a grand opening set for early June, excitement is already brewing among food enthusiasts. “We can’t wait to become a part of the Bispham community and introduce everyone to the authentic flavors of India,” Patel adds.
