Deal Sealed: Supreme Infra Constructs Its Comeback with ₹450 Cr Order

Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd (SIIL) won a gigantic ₹4.5 billion (₹450 crore) turnkey order, a gargantuan boost to its order book under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) category. The project, which was won from a government-funded infrastructure authority, involves designing, executing, and commissioning an enormous-sized civil infrastructure package, though the project specifics are under wraps.

 

This win consolidates the place of Supreme Infrastructure in the EPC space, especially considering the firm is still recovering from past fiscal pressure and has to catch the wave of India's infrastructure momentum via the National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP). The order will be completed in a 24-month timeframe, with urban connectivity and utility development being the focus areas.

 

Market watchers view it as a positive for SIIL's turnaround strategy, especially in the context of the company's efforts at debt restructuring and streamlining operations. The order will also assist greatly in terms of enhancing revenue visibility in the coming two fiscal years.
