The decision, taken on December 23, 2025, comes after the division reported persistent losses despite contributing ₹5.16 crore in turnover during FY24-25. The unit recorded a net loss of ₹8.83 crore, largely attributed to outdated technology and obsolete machinery, making operations unsustainable.
The company stated that the closure process will be completed within three months, from January to March 2026. This strategic move is expected to streamline operations, reduce financial strain, and allow Delta Manufacturing to focus resources on more profitable segments.
