The scope includes supply of 11 kV and 33 kV, 300 sq mm XLPE underground cables conforming to UGVCL Robust 2.0 specifications for a “Kms route based with PV formula” solar evacuation project.
The contract, classified as a domestic order, carries a total consideration of approximately ₹57.58 crore inclusive of taxes and is slated for execution between 1 January 2026 and 30 June 2026. Dicabs clarified that neither its promoters nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity and that the order does not fall under related‑party transactions, underscoring arm’s‑length commercial terms.
