Dividend Season Heats Up: BASF India and Resonance Specialties Announce Payouts

Two chemical sector players—BASF India and Resonance Specialties—have declared dividends, setting the stage for shareholder rewards ahead of their respective AGMs.

Dividend Details:

BASF India has announced a final dividend of Rs 20 per share (200% of face value), with the record date fixed for July 30, 2025. The payout is subject to approval at the 81st AGM scheduled for August 12, 2025. Payment is expected on or after August 16.
Resonance Specialties declared a dividend of Re 1 per share (10% payout), with a record date of July 29, 2025. Its 36th AGM will be held on August 5, 2025.

Shareholder Notes:

BASF’s Register of Members will be closed from July 31 to August 5 for dividend eligibility.
Both companies will conduct AGMs via video conferencing, with remote evoting enabled for shareholders.
