Eco Recycling Ltd (Ecoreco), India’s pioneering ewaste management company, has announced plans to set up a stateoftheart facility dedicated to the recovery of critical minerals from printed circuit boards (PCBs), hard disk drives (HDDs), and lithiumion (Liion) batteries. This strategic move aligns with India’s national push for circular economy practices and reduced dependency on imported rare earth elements.
