Eforu Entertainment Expands Global Footprint with High-Profile US Partnership

Eforu Entertainment Limited, formerly known as Tavernier Resources Limited, has announced a new strategic agreement in line with SEBI’s disclosure requirements. The company has signed a contract with Kirtika Nirav Patel LLC, an international entity, to provide social media and digital marketing services for a one-year period. The agreement was made as part of the company’s ordinary course of business, with annual fees set at USD 15,000 (approximately ₹13.43 lakhs). The transaction does not involve any related-party interests, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory norms.
