Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)
TCS reported a 13.9% decline in consolidated profit to Rs 10,657 crore despite a 4.9% revenue rise to Rs 67,087 crore. EBIT grew 7.9% with improved margins at 25.17%. Exceptional loss stood at Rs 3,391 crore. The firm declared Rs 57 per share in total dividends.
HCL Technologies
HCL Tech reported an 11.2% drop in Q3 profit to Rs 4,076 crore, even as revenue rose 13.3% to Rs 33,872 crore. EBIT grew 8% but margins narrowed to 18.55%. The company announced a Rs 12 dividend and revised FY26 guidance, projecting 4–4.5% overall and 4.75–5.25% services revenue growth with stable 17–18% margins.

Anand Rathi Wealth posted a 29.6% jump in profit to Rs 99.77 crore on a 22.2% revenue increase to Rs 289.6 crore, driven by strong asset growth and higher client traction across its wealth management business.
GTPL Hathway
GTPL Hathway’s profit rose 8.2% to Rs 11 crore, supported by a 5.1% rise in revenue to Rs 932.6 crore. Growth was led by steady performance in broadband and cable TV segments amid stable operational metrics.
