Societe Generale acquired 32.44 lakh shares for ₹423 crore. As of September 2025, SAIF III held 10.76%, SAIF Partners 4.57%, and Societe Generale–ODI 1.98%.
Mphasis
Blackstone affiliate BCP TOPCO IX sold 1.8 crore Mphasis shares—9.46% of the company—at ₹2,625.59 each, raising ₹4,726 crore and reducing its stake from 40.1% to 30.64%.
