Ganesha Ecosphere and Race Eco Chain Form Joint Venture to Enhance PET Recycling in India

Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd has entered into a joint venture agreement with Race Eco Chain Ltd to establish Ganesha Recycling Chain Private Limited. In this partnership, Race Eco Chain will hold a 51% equity stake, while Ganesha Ecosphere will own 49%. The venture aims to set up multiple PET bottle washing lines across India to produce high-quality PET flakes, addressing the increasing demand for recycled PET (rPET) driven by environmental mandates and regulatory requirements.
