Gearing Up for Glory: Honda Celebrates 50 Million Rides with Sleek New Reveal

Honda will celebrate a milestone milestone—500 million global two-wheeler sales—by introducing a new model, asserting its dominance in the motorcycle market. Honda retailed a record 20.57 million motorcycles in the fiscal year through March 2025, capturing 40% of global markets and setting all-time sales records in 37 markets, with Asia and India leading the charge with a lion's share of the growth.

 

To mark this milestone in history, Honda will introduce a new two-wheeler that will showcase the company's most up-to-date technology in fuel efficiency and electrification. The launch of the new model follows Honda's ambitious plan to beef up its electric and flex-fuel portfolio with a goal of achieving carbon neutrality and a 50% global market share by the year 2030.

 

Honda is committed to innovation and sustainability, with plans to build a bespoke electric motorcycle factory in India by 2028 and expand its footprint in the Global South.
