A new study reveals that 33% of Indian Gen Z, aged 18-27, are prioritizing lifestyle changes over skincare products to address skin concerns. This shift towards holistic beauty practices includes focusing on healthy diets and better sleep patterns. The research highlights that factors such as pollution (48%), poor sleep (46%), and stress (46%) significantly impact Gen Z's appearance. Despite their interest in skincare, 23% struggle to choose the right products. This trend presents an opportunity for brands to guide Gen Z towards effective regimens that integrate both products and lifestyle approaches, particularly in evening routines.
