Godrej Properties also intended to launch new residential offerings worth Rs 40,000 crore in fiscal year 2025-26 to further consolidate its leadership position in the marketplace and continue to be India's best-performing listed property developer in the sales bookings arena. Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej said the demand for housing continued to be strong even as the global economic situation continued to be fluid, as in FY25 it achieved record highest sales bookings worth Rs 29,444 crore among India's listed housing firms.

To fuel its growth, Godrej Properties had raised Rs 6,000 crore during the last year under Qualified Institutional Placement, augmented with Rs 7,500 crore of operating cash flow, giving the company a robust financial platform for future investment. The company has projected FY26 sales bookings of Rs 32,500 crore, 20% up from its earlier guidance.

Large launches are envisioned in major geographies, including a major one in Worli, Mumbai during the first half of FY26 and a value-maximising project in Ashok Vihar, Delhi by March 2026. Part of the strategy of the company is ongoing investment in land buying and development to drive growth and meet its ambitious plans.
