Google inaugurated its largest campus in India, 'Ananta,' at Bengaluru. The 1.6 million-square-foot campus can accommodate over 5,000 employees. Ananta, meaning "infinite" in Sanskrit, demonstrates Google's commitment to India's digital expansion and AI progress. The campus is built to be eco-friendly, with 100% recycling of wastewater and rainwater harvesting. The campus features neighborhood-style working spaces and a central congregational space called "Sabha.". Preeti Lobana, VP and Country Manager, Google India, addressed how the campus will aid in AI adoption and collaboration with India's research and startup ecosystem.
