NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, and The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) have formalized a strategic collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on November 19, 2025, in Hyderabad. This collaboration was marked by the presence of Sh. N Balram (IRS), Chairman and Managing Director of SCCL, alongside senior executives from both organizations.
The MoU sets the foundation for exploring diverse business opportunities in renewable energy, focusing on the development of solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects that may include energy storage solutions.
