Hyundai has reduced prices of its popular Exter SUV by up to Rs. 84,000 following the GST rate cut to 18% for compact cars and sub-4 meter SUVs. The price adjustment makes the Exter more affordable across all petrol and CNG variants just ahead of the festive season.
Hyundai has passed on the benefits of the GST 2.0 reform fully to customers by reducing prices of its micro-SUV, the Exter, by as much as Rs. 84,000 across variants. The fresh pricing is applicable from late September 2025 and spans both petrol and CNG models, strengthening Hyundai’s competitive edge.
The GST rate cut from a combined 29-31% (including cess) to a flat 18% for small cars and sub-4 meter SUVs has led to this significant price correction. This move is expected to boost sales during the upcoming festive season, a crucial period for automobile buyers.
