As the southwest monsoon reaches the national capital, Delhi, is expecting a dramatic shift in weather. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning of rain, thunderstorms, and gusty winds in the next 36 hours. This as part of the overall monsoon progression in north India.
