Info Edge (India) Ltd [NSE: NAUKRI], the parent company of Naukri.com, Jeevansathi, and 99acres, disclosed in its regulatory filing that Chintan Thakkar has stepped down as CFO and Whole‑Time Director after serving for over a decade. His tenure was marked by strengthening financial governance, compliance, and capital allocation during a period of rapid expansion and startup investments.  

The company has appointed Ambarish Raghuvanshi, who previously served as CFO, as interim CFO to ensure continuity. Thakkar is expected to take up a leadership role at Indian Angel Network (IAN), reflecting his continued engagement with India’s startup ecosystem.
