Infosys Ltd has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Infosys Ltd SPC, in the Sultanate of Oman, marking a strategic step in its global expansion and deepening its presence in the Middle East. - Infosys Ltd SPC has been registered as a Special Purpose Company under Omani commercial law, fully owned by Infosys Ltd  
- The subsidiary will focus on delivering IT consulting, digital transformation, and managed services to clients across Oman and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region  
- The establishment is expected to enhance Infosys’s ability to serve public sector clients, financial institutions, and energy companies in the Middle East  
- This marks Infosys’s first direct operational entity in Oman, complementing its existing presence in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar
