Interarch Building Solutions Ltd has made a strategic leap by acquiring 20 acres of land at the APIIC Industrial Park in Attivaram Village, Ozili Mandal, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh. The acquisition, valued at ₹18.8 crore, sets the stage for a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, underscoring the company’s aggressive growth and capacity expansion plans.

The newly acquired land at APIIC Industrial Park offers Interarch a robust platform for expanding its manufacturing footprint in southern India, tapping into the region’s industrial growth and infrastructure boom.
Major Investment and Capacity Boost:
The new facility, part of a broader ₹95 crore investment plan, will focus on pre-engineered steel buildings and advanced metal roofing and cladding systems. Phase 1, already underway, covers 4 acres and will add 20,000 tonnes per annum to the company’s installed capacity, with Phase 2 set to double this output.
Innovation and Job Creation:
Equipped with the latest technology, the facility will not only increase production but also generate significant local employment, with Phase 1 expected to create 250 jobs and Phase 2 an additional 500.
Financial Strength and Growth:
Interarch remains a zero-debt, net cash company with strong cash flow, targeting a 15–20% growth rate for FY26 and aiming to double revenue over the next 3–4 years.
