iPhone 17 Series: A Snapshot of the Future with 48MP Telephoto, 24MP Selfie Camera, and More!

Apple's iPhone 17 series, which will be launched in September 2025, is going to be a massive leap forward in mobile photography. All models will come with significantly enhanced 24-megapixel front cameras, from the current iPhone 16's 12MP, and take crisper selfies and better video calls. iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max will feature three 48MP back cameras-with Wide, Ultra Wide, and a new 48MP telephoto lens. The telephoto lens will offer a 3.5x optical zoom (85mm equivalent), optimized for portraits, instead of the current 5x zoom. This sensor feature will offer lossless digital cropping and better low-light performance. The Pro models will also allegedly offer 8K video recording and introduce dual video recording, enabling simultaneous front and rear recording. A mechanical aperture on the Wide lens might also make its arrival, enabling users more creative control over depth of field.
