IRCON International Ltd. (NSE/BSE: IRCON) has been awarded a ₹1,096.17 crore EPC contract by the Government of Meghalaya to construct a New Secretariat Complex and campus infrastructure in Shillong. The project, executed in a joint venture with Badri Rai and Company (74% stake), assigns IRCON a 26% share worth ₹285 crore. The 36-month contract includes urban development and infrastructure under the Directorate of Urban Affairs. Separately, IRCON secured a ₹531.9 crore road project in Manipur (26% stake: ₹138.29 crore). Shares traded at ₹138.81 on March 17, 2025, with a market cap of ₹13,171 crore.
