Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) will discuss a second interim dividend for FY24-25 in its board meeting on March 17. This action comes following earlier dividend distributions, such as an interim dividend of ₹0.80 per share in November 2024. IRFC shares have experienced high volatility, dropping more than 50% from their high point. Despite this, the business is a significant financier of Indian Railways projects and posted a robust profit expansion in Q3 FY25.
