ITD Cementation JV Secures ₹102.2 Million in Arbitration

The dispute involved enforcement of an arbitral award against SSJV-ZVS Joint Venture, where one constituent challenged its liability, arguing it was not directly impleaded in the arbitration tribunal. Despite this, the Delhi High Court upheld the liability of all joint venture members under the arbitration clause, ensuring the enforcement of the award.
