Air India Express has officially commenced daily non-stop flights between Bengaluru and Kathmandu, marking a significant milestone for travelers and tourism between South India and Nepal. The inaugural flight took off on June 1, 2025, making Kathmandu the airline’s 55th destination and further enhancing cultural and economic ties between the two nations.
