Q3 sales of Rs 605 crore were driven by sustenance inventory in ongoing projects, though 2.19 million sq ft launches occurred late in the quarter, with major sales expected in Q4. Flagship Life Republic township contributed 0.38 million sq ft sales in Q3 and 1.41 million sq ft over 9M, while total launches reached 3.71 million sq ft in the period.
