The development marks a reversal of the earlier cancellation of the diagnostic services contract under the National Health Mission (NHM), restoring the company’s position in a high-value public health initiative.

  • The Rajasthan High Court ruled in favor of the consortium led by Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL) and Krsnaa Diagnostics, directing the state to honor the original LOA issued in May 2023.
  • The dispute stemmed from disagreements over additional performance security requirements, which the consortium challenged as procedurally inconsistent.
  • The court’s directive included a five-day window for the consortium to furnish the required bank guarantee, after which the state was instructed to issue the work order.
  • Following the ruling, the Rajasthan government has now reissued the LOA, enabling Krsnaa to resume preparations for providing laboratory services under the NHM’s hub-and-spoke model.
