Scientists at Kurukshetra University have contributed significantly to the discipline by documenting the influence of functionalized silicon carbide nanoparticles (SiC NPs) on the mechanical and dielectric behavior of nanocomposites. The study illustrates that the incorporation of the nanoparticles enhances the mechanical strength and electrical conductivity of composite materials, making them suitable for various applications in materials science and electronics. The authors utilized advanced characterization techniques, including UV-visible spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy, to investigate the structural and morphological properties of the nanocomposites. This work contributes to the growing body of literature on nanotechnology with promising applications in developing high-performance materials with greater durability and functionality. The findings are expected to create new possibilities for novel applications in aerospace, automotive, and electronics.
