Laying the Foundation: BRG Infra Expands South with ₹394M Contract with Kevadiya Construction

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Ltd. has disclosed the execution of a subcontract agreement with Kevadiya Construction Ltd. for a high-value infrastructure project with an estimated contract value of ₹394.2 million (₹39.42 crore). The project involves the construction of an Underground Sewerage System for Namakkal Municipality, Tamil Nadu, and is to be finished within a period of 24 months.

 

The deal, under the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (Regulation 30) falls under regulatory ambit, is a watershed moment for B.R. Goyal Infrastructure since it is increasing its southern Indian footprint. The overall value of the contract, including GST, stands at ₹102.05 crore and is estimated to be ₹39.42 crore by B.R. Goyal in line with its subcontracting scope.

 

This collaboration highlights the company's growing presence in developing public infrastructure and its attempts at delivering quality urban utility projects.
