LIC-Backed NBFC to Finalize Dividend Decision in Upcoming Board Meeting

Paisalo Digital Limited, an LIC-backed non-banking financial company, has announced that its board of directors will convene on May 9, 2025, to consider and recommend the final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The meeting will also address the approval of the company's fourth-quarter and annual financial statements.  

 

This development follows Paisalo Digital's consistent efforts to reward its shareholders. In September 2024, the company distributed a dividend of 10 percent on each stock with a face value of Re 1, alongside issuing bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio. The upcoming decision is expected to further reinforce the company's commitment to shareholder value.  

 

Additionally, the board will deliberate on the issuance of non-convertible debentures through a private placement, aimed at strengthening its financial position and supporting future growth initiatives.
