The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has announced a nationwide Logo Design Contest for the National Green Hydrogen Mission (NGHM). The contest welcomes designs reflecting India’s vision to become a global leader in green hydrogen production and use. Winners will receive ₹1,00,000 and a certificate of recognition.
The MNRE has launched a creative initiative inviting Indian citizens of all ages to design the official logo for the National Green Hydrogen Mission—a flagship program aiming to build a robust green hydrogen ecosystem. The mission aspires to position India as a global hub for production, usage, and export of green hydrogen and its derivatives, facilitating decarbonisation and energy self-reliance.
Participants are encouraged to create logos encapsulating themes such as self-reliance, emerging green technology, investment opportunities, and the diverse industrial applications of green hydrogen across sectors like steel, transport, fertilizer, shipping, and petrochemicals.
