Mumbai, January 16, 2026 Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced that its Hydrocarbon Onshore vertical has secured a prestigious contract from Petronet LNG, a joint venture promoted by ONGC, IOCL, GAIL, and BPCL. The project will be executed on a Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) basis, covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
The order is part of India’s first integrated petrochemical complex that leverages LNG cold energy, aimed at bridging the polypropylene demand-supply gap and strengthening domestic petrochemical manufacturing capacity.
