On June 12, 2025, Mercedes-Benz will introduce a limited edition AMG G63 ‘Collector’s Edition’ developed by Mercedes-Benz India and Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, that has an India-inspired theme and will highlight India’s culture and diversity.
The interior will have Indian themed customizations and the exterior will have custom colors that draw on geography found in India. So far, Mercedes-Benz has not released all of the versions features, but based off of teasers, it looks like the G63 will come with an orange exterior with silver wheels/trim, and it will have a unique cabin theme/materials .
Like the normal version, the Collector’s will come with the same engine, a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8, 577 bhp and 850Nm of torque, a 9-speed dual-clutch automatic and 4MATIC. The feature list will be similar to what the G63 entails, with MBUX infotainment system, dual digital screen, multi-zone climate control and a broad spectrum of driver attention systems.
Since the G63 ‘Collector Edition' will only be limited in numbers, it will be sought after by car collectors and car enthusiasts alike. The price has yet to be disclosed but expect it to cost even more on top of the G63 standard price of ₹3.64 crore (ex-showroom).
