In a scintillating display of power-hitting, the Lucknow Super Giants posted a formidable total of 227/3 in their 20 overs, setting the stage for a high-stakes contest in the IPL. Mitchell Marsh led the charge with a blistering 67 off just 37 balls, smashing 4 sixes and 5 boundaries at a strike rate of 181.08. He was ably supported by Rishabh Pant, who remained unbeaten on 118 off 61 deliveries, anchoring the innings with finesse and aggression.

Matthew Breetzke chipped in with a quick 14, while Nicholas Pooran added a cameo of 13. Abdul Samad was not out on 1. The team benefitted from 14 extras, boosting their already massive total.
