ITI Limited has also received a second tranche of ₹500 million from the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), representing a major milestone in the continuing land transfer deal between the two organizations. This payment is included in the new Asset Monetization and Resource Consolidation Drive (AMRCD) order, under which ITI is transferring 22.258 acres of prime Electronic City, Bangalore, land to C-DOT for a consideration of ₹2 billion (₹200 crore).
The company had previously received an initial tranche of ₹1 billion (₹100 crore) from C-DOT in February 2025, with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion of statutory formalities. The latest ₹500 million installment underscores the progress of the transaction and ITI’s commitment to leveraging its assets for financial consolidation and future growth.
This deal is a key milestone in ITI’s asset monetization strategy and has been closely watched by investors and market analysts. The company has assured stakeholders that it will continue to provide timely updates as the transaction moves toward completion. The successful execution of this land transfer is expected to strengthen ITI’s balance sheet and support its ongoing operations in the telecom sector.
