Gravita India’s Q4: Profits Surge, Revenues Rise, and Shareholders Rejoice with ₹6.35 Dividend

Gravita India Ltd has posted a strong financial performance for the quarter ended March 2025 with a consolidated net profit of ₹951.3 million, a year-on-year increase of 36.9%. Consolidated revenue from operations during the quarter was ₹10.37 billion, a year-on-year increase of 20.1% over the same quarter in the previous year.
 
Operationally, Gravita India's EBITDA went up by 27.4% at ₹920 million, and the margins of EBITDA rose to 8.9% from 8.4% in the previous year. This is a reflection of the company's consistent efforts at operational efficiency and growth in its core business streams.
 
As a token to the shareholders, the Board has declared an interim dividend of ₹6.35 per share for 2024-25. The dividend declaration is simultaneous with the appointment of PwC as the company's internal auditor, further strengthening its governance framework.
 
The good performance and dividend payout are indicative of Gravita India's robust finances and commitment to returning value to its shareholders. The company continues to strengthen its leadership in the non-ferrous metals segment, driven by steady demand and strategic initiatives.
