Under SEBI’s disclosure norms, Navkar Corporation informed exchanges that it received the Letter of Acceptance on 18 December 2025 at 12:56 p.m. for the “Contract for Development of Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal” at Somathane, fully on railway land, under the GCT policy. The agreement with Central Railway’s Mumbai Division will define detailed terms and operational conditions.
The company believes the additional GCT at Somathane will significantly enhance its integrated cargo handling capabilities and expand its strategic presence in the Mumbai–Navi Mumbai belt. Navkar expects the terminal to improve service offerings for customers and deepen its role in the government’s Gati Shakti-driven multimodal logistics network.
