State-owned construction major NBCC (India) Ltd has announced the receipt of a significant work order valued at approximately ₹161.55 crore (excluding GST) for interior works at Tower H, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi. The contract has been awarded by Power Finance Corporation Limited and falls within NBCC’s routine business operations.

NBCC’s shares responded positively to the announcement, closing at ₹113.12 on the BSE, up by 2.06% on the day of the news.
The company recently concluded a major e-auction of its flagship residential project, Aspire Silicon City — Phase 4, awarding development and selling rights worth ₹1,467.93 crore, marking one of the largest residential property deals in the region this year.
NBCC continues to secure multiple contracts across India, including recent orders in Odisha, Hyderabad, and Delhi, reflecting its diversified project portfolio and operational momentum.
