NextEra, launched in May 2025 as a joint venture between LTIMindtree and Aramco Digital, has rapidly positioned itself as a catalyst for digital innovation in the Gulf region. With six core pillars—automation, cloud services, industry expertise, digital engineering, sustainability, and customer centricity—the company is focused on delivering future-ready solutions that enhance operational efficiency and enable intelligent decision-making.
The partnership with ServiceNow will allow NextEra to offer end-to-end digital workflow solutions, including IT service management, operations automation, and citizen experience platforms. These offerings are expected to benefit both large enterprises and government agencies seeking to modernize legacy systems and improve service delivery.
Venu Lambu, Vice Chairman of NextEra and CEO-designate of LTIMindtree, stated, “This collaboration with ServiceNow strengthens our ability to deliver transformative digital experiences. Together, we will empower regional organizations to unlock agility, resilience, and innovation at scale.”
Nabil Al-Nuaim, Chairman of NextEra and CEO of Aramco Digital, added, “Our partnership reflects a shared commitment to building a future-ready digital infrastructure that supports national priorities and sustainable growth.”
The companies plan to establish joint innovation labs and delivery centers in Riyadh and Dubai, with pilot implementations expected to begin in Q4 FY26. Analysts view this alliance as a strategic move to capture the growing demand for cloud-native enterprise platforms in the Middle East, where digital transformation spending is projected to exceed $50 billion by 2030.
