In a filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Niraj Cement Structurals Limited disclosed that it has received a letter of award from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. The contract covers four-laning of the Ponda to Bhoma stretch of NH-748 in Goa on an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) basis, between km 125.440 and km 135.050.
The order, valued at ₹322.27 crore, is to be completed within 18 months from the appointed date, positioning the company to participate in Goa’s growing road infrastructure expansion. The management has clarified that the contract is a domestic, arm’s-length award with no promoter or group company interest, aligning with SEBI’s disclosure norms.
