Ola Electric has successfully completed its Network Transformation and Opex Reduction Program, resulting in a monthly cost reduction of ₹90 crores. This initiative has streamlined the distribution network by eliminating regional warehouses and automating processes, reducing vehicle inventory from 35 to 20 days and customer delivery time from 12 to 3-4 days. Daily vehicle registrations have surged to over 800, exceeding average daily sales in January and February 2025. Ola Electric expects to achieve EBITDA breakeven in the automotive segment by Q1 FY26, positioning itself for long-term profitable growth.
