Paras Defence and Heven Drones Form Joint Venture to Establish Indian Subsidiary

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd has entered into a strategic joint venture with Israel-based Heven Drones Ltd to facilitate the formation of a subsidiary company in India. The collaboration aims to strengthen India’s defence and logistics drone capabilities while supporting the Make in India initiative.  

Formation of Indian Subsidiary  
- The joint venture, named Paras Heven Drones India, will focus on developing logistics and cargo drones for defence and civilian applications  
- Paras Defence holds a majority stake of 51 percent, while Heven Drones retains 49 percent ownership
