PM Modi Inaugurates 28th Commonwealth Speakers’ Conference At Samvidhan Sadan

Prime Minister Narendra Modi formally opened the 28th Conference of Speakers and Presiding Officers of the Commonwealth (CSPOC) on January 15, 2026, at the Central Hall of Samvidhan Sadan in the Parliament House Complex, New Delhi. The high-level parliamentary gathering is chaired by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and features participation from 61 delegates representing 42 Commonwealth countries and 4 semi-autonomous parliaments.
