Priyanka Chopra’s Little Star: Malti Marie Takes Her First Steps Into New York School Life

Priyanka Chopra recently opened up about a big milestone in her family—her daughter Malti Marie has started school in New York. In a candid chat on The Tonight Show and in recent interviews, Priyanka sounded both proud and amused as she described how quickly her three-and-a-half-year-old is growing up.
 
Here’s what she shared:
  • Malti’s daily schedule is already packed. Priyanka joked that her daughter’s routine is even busier than her own, with school, activities, and a growing list of playdates.
  • Malti is making friends fast and has started asking Priyanka to text other moms to set up playdates. Priyanka called her “a little comedian” and said she already has a mind of her own.
  • Even though both her parents are famous, Malti is just enjoying being a kid. She calls her dad and uncles the “Donut Brothers,” not realizing they’re actually the Jonas Brothers.
  • Priyanka is currently balancing her own work between India and New York, while Nick Jonas is finishing up a Broadway run. Both parents are trying to make sure Malti feels settled and happy as she starts this new chapter.
  • Priyanka says watching Malti blossom at school and make new friends has been a real joy for the family.
It’s clear that while Priyanka and Nick have busy lives, Malti is quickly becoming the center of their world—and she’s loving every minute of it.
