Ram Charan's latest movie "Peddi" has set the bar high with the first shot appearance, racking up a whopping 36.5 million views in 24 hours on Vriddhi Cinemas' YouTube channel. This achievement beats Jr. NTR's "Devara" teaser as the most watched Telugu movie teaser within a day's duration. The teaser, which was released on Ram Navami, sees Ram Charan sporting a hirsute new look, sporting long hair, a bushy beard, and a nose ring, as his use of Vizianagaram slang garners high praise.

 

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, "Peddi" is an underworld sports drama set in Uttarandhra, starring Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyendu Sharma. The film is all set to release on March 27, 2026.
