Record-breaking museum marathon: 42 London museums in 24 hours

A consultant in the cultural sector from the UK, Ben Melham, has broken the Guinness World Record for visiting the most museums in 24 hours. He visited an impressive 42 museums in London on October 25, 2024, breaking the previous record of 33 that had been set in Delhi earlier this year. His trip included some of London's best-known institutions: the British Museum and V&A. Melham's achievement was declared a record by Guinness World Records on December 11, 2024.
