Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL) is strengthening its foothold in Uttarakhand, announcing the signing of its eighth property in the state—a new Regenta Resort set to open in Dehradun by June 2025. This move underlines the group’s commitment to tapping into Uttarakhand’s booming tourism sector and catering to the evolving tastes of modern travelers.

Key Highlights:

Strategic Location: The new Regenta Resort Dehradun will be located in Kulhan, offering easy access to popular destinations like Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Haridwar, and Dhanaulti. It’s designed as an “Urban Retreat,” aiming to attract both leisure and business guests
Modern Amenities: The 50-key resort will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views, a spa with holistic wellness therapies, a state-of-the-art gym, an infinity pool, and a dedicated kids’ area. For events, there’s a 12,300 sq. ft. banquet hall, a 1,506 sq. ft. open lawn, and a 1,636 sq. ft. pre-function area.
Asset-Light Growth: This property will operate under a management contract, aligning with Royal Orchid’s asset-light expansion strategy to increase its national presence without heavy capital investment.
