The Indian stock exchanges, such as the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), will be closed on Friday, March 14, 2025, as a public holiday to celebrate the Holi festival. The closure applies to all major segments like equity, equity derivatives, securities lending and borrowing (SLB), currency derivatives, and electronic gold receipts (EGR).
Trading will again take place on Monday, March 17, 2025, after the weekend. The investors are suggested to schedule their trading accordingly to prevent any disruptions caused by the closure of the market.
