Shriram Properties Launches ₹350 Cr Project in Chennai’s Koyambedu—Urban Renaissance in Motion

Shriram Properties Ltd (SPL) has launched a premium residential project in Koyambedu, Chennai, under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA), targeting a revenue potential of ₹350 crore. The project will span 3.2 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area and is expected to be completed over the next three years, with a formal launch slated for early FY26.

 

Strategically located near metro and railway stations, the project is designed to tap into the urban renewal wave sweeping through Koyambedu—one of Chennai’s fastest-evolving micro-markets. This development is part of SPL’s asset-light growth strategy, aimed at expanding its footprint in high-demand urban corridors while maintaining capital efficiency.
