Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd has announced the commissioning timeline for its new blast furnace and sinter plant under Ramsarup Industries Ltd. As part of a ₹369 crore brownfield expansion, the blast furnace began stove heating in late October and is expected to commence commercial production by the end of November 2025. The sinter plant will follow shortly, with operations scheduled to begin in the third week of November.
